How do I get my perfect size bracelet fit?  Each bracelet may be custom sized. Keep in mind how you want to wear your bracelets, solo or stacked with other layering pieces or a watch.  Check out the detailed Size Chart here and email info@highvibesintentionco.com with any sizing questions. 

How long will it take to get my order?  

Each order is custom made and may take up to 2-5 business days to ship out. Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible but If you need it sooner, send an email to info@highvibesintentionco.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

Is your jewelry waterproof?  Yes, you can shower, workout and swim with all crystal bracelets and gold filled bracelets.  Some charms may be base metal and  it is not recommended to get wet.  For extra longevity, store gold filled jewelry in an enclosed case or bag to keep shiny.  

Do you do custom orders?  Yes, we love collaborating with customers on designs and their intentions.   We do large party orders for bridal parties, bachelorettes, birthdays, teams sports. Email info@highvibesintentionco.com and let's talk! 

Do your offer Returns or Exchanges?  Each bracelet is handmade and we do not offer returns as all sales are final. If you have any questions please reach out to us prior to ordering at the email below.  If the product received is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery at info@highvibesintentionco.com.
